We do not store (nor do we have access to) your credit card information. All credit card information is sent to either the Credit Card processor or Paypal for processing. Once the charge is processed, you are returned to our site to complete the transaction.

C3Productions.net will not sell or share your personal information with anyone! We only use your personal information when/if it is necessary to providing the products or services that you have requested.

Return Policy
All products are created at the time of order; therefore no refunds can be administered. We will, however, exchange any defective merchandise for the same item. All claims for defective merchandise must be made within 7 days of receipt of the order.

Use the Contact Us link on the left to request a Return Authorization number (RA#). Upon receipt of your email, you will receive your Return Authorization number (RA#) and the shipping address. Please clearly write the RA # on the outside of the package and also on the original invoice. Any returns without the RA # will not be accepted. Proof of purchase, receipt and/or packing slip is required for all exchanges. All returns must include a return address and phone number.

Please note that C3Productions.net cannot be responsible for return shipping losses. In the event that C3Productions.net does issue a refund, please allow 2-4 weeks from the time we receive your returned merchandise for your refund to be issued. Your refund may take longer to process during certain seasons and times of the year.

All orders are usually sent within 5-10 business days, depending on purchase and location of consumer. It is our goal to exceed your expectations and if any processing delays arise, we will make every effort to contact all affected customers.
